Open for Business: Parmigiano Orgiano

10.16.2009: Today is the Grand Opening of Parmigiano Orgiano, my virtual cafe. Named after Parmigiano Reggiano and my fiance (his nick name is Orgy--the reason behind this i might i have to discuss on a separate post) this is the realization of my dream to become a chef. Although I am a cooking show connoisseur (Barefoot Contessa is my favorite by the way) don't ask me to cook if you're not a fan of dinner disasters. It doesn't help that I have a fiance who knows a thing a or two about herbs and spices. He does gastronomic wonders in the kitchen it'll make you just want to sit and watch t.v. while waiting for the food to be served. But thanks to whoever created the Cafe World, I cooked and served up French Soup today and my customers loved it :) I got a lot of thumbs-up it made me want to run to Tony Roma's and have a bowl of the real thing..lol!

Here's a snap of my Parmigiano Orgiano Cafe:

See that yellow-haired girl? That's me cooking Spitfire Roasted Chicken. That's the closest I can get to becoming a chef.

There's another project that makes me feel like a chef looking for the authentic Parmigiano Reggiano. What else am I cooking right now? Our prenup pictorial. I'm still looking for the missing ingredients: a Volkswagen camper van and a vintage carry-on luggage:

If you know someone who can help me, I'm just an email away! :)
